Commission TOS

My art should not be fed into any AI or similar systems.

I reserve the right to post the completed work on my social media accounts and include it in my portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise.

The prices listed are base rates; the final cost might rise if your commission involves extra details or complex elements.

I reserve the right to decline commissions if the subject matter falls outside my skill set or includes topics I prefer not to work with.

Please allow up to 1-2 months for your commission to be completed to ensure quality. Rush orders or specific deadlines might incur extra fees.

I’ll send progress updates at key stages (such as the rough sketch, flat color stage, and final review). If updates are delayed, feel free to ask for a status check.

It’s important that if you provide references, they be ample, clear, and visual. Inadequate references might lead to extra charges or, in some cases, the commission being declined.

Payment is processed via PayPal only. I will send you an invoice, and a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required before I begin work.

Once you approve the sketch, the remaining balance is due before I move forward to finalize the piece.

If you cancel before sketch approval, a partial refund may be issued (with a minimum of 25% of the total cost being retained). Likewise, if I’m unable to complete the commission, I will refund the deposit while keeping at least 25% of the fee depending on how far into the process I was in.

Professional and respectful communication is essential. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of your commission, with 50% of the payment being retained.

I’ll share progress images for your review during the sketch and flat color stages. Once the sketch is confirmed, refunds are generally not available unless I decide otherwise.

After the artwork is finished, I will send a final proof for your review. You’re allowed up to five minor revisions; any additional changes will incur extra fees.

When the final version is approved, you’ll receive high-resolution .png files via email, along with watermarked .jpeg versions for social media. Please note, no physical products are provided.
